Customer Reviews and Feedback

I had two new keys cut for my Grandland and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was fast and efficient, with no unnecessary waiting around, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to what I expected. Everything was explained clearly and the keys worked perfectly straight away. I’m genuinely very pleased with the overall service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quick, reliable, and great-value key cutting.

After losing my car keys late at night, I honestly didn’t expect anyone to even answer the phone at 2am, let alone be able to help. To my surprise, they responded straight away and were incredibly helpful during what could have been a very stressful situation. The service was prompt, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. The price was fair and exactly as quoted, with no hidden fees or unexpected extras like you often hear about. I’m extremely grateful for the help and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable assistance, even at the most inconvenient hours.

I needed to get a spare key cut for my Skoda, especially since the dealership only supplied one key, which was a bit surprising. The whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The service was fast, efficient, and carried out with care, and I didn’t have to wait around at all. What really stood out was the price — it was noticeably more affordable than I had anticipated, especially compared to dealership costs. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and the professionalism shown, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again in the future or recommend it to others.
